Pitaya is made by Dragonfruit AI, Inc., a company that builds AI for security cameras. We work with partners: alarm dealers, integrators and monitoring centers. There are thousands of them, each behind a front desk, and recruiting them meant calls nobody on our team had time to make.
So we built an agent to make them, and kept going until it did the whole job: finding the owner, explaining the offer in one breath, handling “are you a distributor?”, leaving a sensible voicemail, and writing everything down. Then we turned it into a product, so other teams that sell to businesses by phone could do the same.
